Neon Dragon won the Blacklight Races and its class at the Fort Walton Beach Pine Car Race!

Based on the extended wheelbase Jaguar design from Maximum Velocity, Neon Dragon is fluorescent green with fluorescent yellow flames, and it runs on fluorescent green wheels with black centers.
